Actually, I have one cool link and one cool video. Here they are:

    Hungry Girl on Yahoo Food offers up 9 foods that help us Cool Broads on our journey to getting rid of (or fighting the onset of) excess flab.

    My favorite idea: a salt-shaker filled with cinnamon to sprinkle on things like toast and your morning oatmeal, because apparently cinnamon helps the body process sugar more effectively and lower blood sugar levels. Why is that good? High blood sugar can lead to the body storing more fat.

Get Sexy Gisele Hair

    Who DOESN’T want hair like Gisele?? I just recently purchased a big, fat curling iron because I decided that I want sexy waves like the girls on Lipstick Jungle have. Unfortunately, when I’m done torturing my hair, I end up looking more like Shirley Temple than Brooke Shields.

    But then I found this video. In addition to being easier to follow than a hard-to-understand list of steps, this video from Totalbeauty.com helped me go from tight ringlets to supermodel sexy (well, almost).

    Totalbeauty.com seems to produce some pretty helpful videos on all things beauty. Some of their how-to articles are a little on the flimsy side, but overall, I’ve found their site pretty useful.

    i love the video! I also heard that chewing on cinnamon gum keeps the hungries at bay.
